Subwave 5
It looks like Subwave 4 (black) has completed and Subwave 5 is starting, going up. However, it will not be confirmed that the STI is forming Subwave 5 unless it rises well above the top of Subwave 3. There is resistance around 3300 and the STI may reverse down from there, thus extending the sideways movement of Subwave 4. I hope this will not be the case.
