Triangle Formed
The STI did indeed form a triangle, as shown above by its subwaves a, b, c, d, e in red. Unless the STI continues on to form a combination or makes subwave e a mini triangle, the structure is complete and so Major Wave 4 (blue) is complete. Major Wave 5 (blue) is starting and will continue significantly upwards next week.
