Uptrend
The STI has clearly broken out of the channel. It could now be forming Subwave 3 (black). However there is still a lot of uncertainty as shown by the sideways movement over the last three days. Next week we should see a strong surge upwards which would be typical of a third wave. If not, then the STI will likely be pulled back into the channel.
