Recovery?
As expected the STI dropped further but has recovered somewhat. But it is still trapped within the channel. There is a strong probability that it will drop back next week. The STI has to break out clearly above the channel to convince us that it has recovered. Otherwise we were just having a small bear market rally these three days.
