Forming Subwave ii
The typical retracement of a second wave is 61.8%. The STI is heading down towards this level and we hope that it will receive support and bounce back up to form Subwave iii. If not, then 78.6% retracement is possible, although rare. Otherwise we shall see the long sideways drift moving further out. Our patience continues to be tested.
